Position Title: Community Preservation Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Community Preservation Coordinator is a part-time administrative position that will work closely with the Treasurer's Office, the Community Preservation Committee, and other key city staff. Responsibilities for the position include preparing and attending CPC meetings, performing research to assist the committee in its deliberations, monitoring the progress of applicants on their CPA projects, maintaining content for the CPC website and social media, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with equivalent combination of education and work experience. Three to five years' experience in housing and community development, public administration and finance/accounting, grant management, or community planning, in a municipality, state or other public agency, or private sector in which the position was directly related to and required a similar skill set.

Salary:

An estimated 15-19 hour per week at $30/hour.
