The town of Oxford in Worcester County became the fifth community to advance CPA to the ballot this year after debate at the town meeting held on Wednesday, October 21st. Oxford joins Malden, Medford, and Woburn, who will vote on November 3, 2015, along with Abington, who will vote in 2016.
