The city of Peabody devoted $126,000 of its CPA funds to construct a park along the North River. The park has a small plaza with granite benches and a lighted walkway extending almost 300 feet along the river. Trees and shrubs line the park, creating a pleasant place for local residents to sit and enjoy the river. |
